Terms of Service
Effective June 14, 2026
delegation.school is a free educational service operated by Capital Thought, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the website or the course, you agree to these terms.
The service
delegation.school is a free, hands-on course delivered through this website and through your own AI assistant over a connected course interface (MCP) or by following the course prompts directly. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload, scrape in bulk, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its course endpoints, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other learners.
Rewards & Golden Tickets
Finishing the course may earn a recognition badge or a Capital Factory perk (such as a complimentary Station Austin membership). Any such reward is provided at Capital Factory's discretion, subject to availability, non-transferable, and time-limited — it's a genuine thank-you, not a purchased good or a guarantee. The specific terms are shown with the reward when you earn it.
Intellectual property
The course content, site, and materials are owned by Capital Thought, LLC. You keep everything you create using what you learn — your own work is yours.
No warranty
The course is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI assistants can produce wrong or incomplete output — always review an agent's work before relying on it. You're responsible for what you choose to delegate and act on.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Thought, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or anything an AI assistant does on your behalf.
Third-party AI providers
Your use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or any other AI assistant is governed by that provider's own terms and pricing. delegation.school is independent of those providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
