Stuck? Help & feedback
Short answers to what trips people up β and how to tell us what's not working. The fastest fix is usually right in your chat: just tell your tutor what's wrong and it'll help (and pass the feedback to us).
βYour org is out of usage credits for the monthβ
That's not us β delegation.school is free and never charges or meters anything. That message is your own Claude plan (or your company's Claude org) hitting its monthly usage limit. The course runs inside your AI, so it draws on your AI's usage like any other work. Options:
- Use a different AI β the whole course works in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok too. Paste the starter prompt from the home page (or open /course.md) and keep going. No credits needed from your Claude org.
- Use a personal Claude β your own account isn't capped by your company's org.
- Ask your Claude admin to raise the org's limit, or wait for the monthly reset.
I can't find βConnectorsβ / how do I connect?
Custom connectors (MCP) are rolling out across Claude plans. Full click-by-click walkthrough is on the Connect page. No connector? You don't need one β take the course in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok with the paste-prompt on the home page.
Is reading the lessons the same as taking the course?
No β and this is the whole point. You don't finish delegation.school by reading; you finish it by doing each lesson on your own real work, with your AI as the tutor. The pages are the map; the course is the trip. Take it for real β
How do I pick up where I left off?
Just start a new chat and say "continue my delegation.school course" (use the same name/email). Over the Claude connector your progress is saved, so you resume at the next lesson. In ChatGPT/Gemini/Grok, tell it which lessons you've done and it'll carry on.
I finished β what's the Golden Ticket / how do I redeem it?
Finishing the whole course earns a surprise reward (Capital Factory folks: 3 months free at Station Austin). You get a code; bring it to the CF gift shop to redeem. It's valid 6 months, non-transferable.
Something's broken, or I have an idea
Tell your tutor: "I have feedback: β¦" β it'll send it straight to the team (that's the
submit_feedback tool). We read all of it.
