Privacy Policy

delegation.school is a free educational service operated by Capital Thought, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect and what we don't.

What we never see

The course runs inside your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok). The actual work you delegate during lessons — your emails, documents, calendar, and tasks — stays between you and your AI provider. We never receive, see, or store it. We only ever see what the course itself records, listed below.

What we collect

The name and email you give the course — used to save your place and let you resume on another device.
Your course progress — which lessons you've completed, your track/level, and any reflections or feedback you choose to submit.
Completion records — if you finish the course and earn a Golden Ticket or Founding-Graduate badge, we store that code and its status.
Basic server logs — standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept by our host for security and reliability.

The course is free, so we do not collect any payment information.

How we use it

To run the course (track progress, resume sessions, issue completion rewards), to improve the curriculum in aggregate, and to respond to you if you contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who it's shared with

Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores your course record.
Your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI) — your use of their AI is governed by their own privacy policy.
Capital Factory — only if you redeem a Golden Ticket in person, to honor it.

Retention & your choices

We keep your course record while the course is active. You can ask us to see or delete your record at any time — email privacy@delegation.school. You can also use the course without giving an email, though your progress won't be saved between sessions.

Children

delegation.school is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
